Family/Children: I've got a great little family that helps me keep my feet on solid ground

My daughter: Layla Jackson and son Kejuan Gaines

Sister: Felicia
Hometown: Although it seems that I have grown to Pawnee, Oklahoma and that where I get my
mail these days! Houston, Texas will always be home..
Horses: (names, breeds, color)
I ride a 12 yr old sorrel quarter horse that we call Champagne
Pets that you own: We have cool black and white border collie that we call Oreo
Events Worked: Being that my Grandpa owned a rodeo company I have tried every event
at one time or another I more less call myself a calf roper.

When did you start an interest in rodeo?
I can remember roping a bale of hay off of the tailgate of a parked
pick up and stepping off as if I was on a horse!
What other sports other than rodeo do you enjoy?
I enjoy any sport that has a Texas team!
What advice would you give to youth who wanted to participate in rodeo but didn't have the resources
or support to get involved?
Stay humble, respectful and try your best to be a people's person! You can never meet to many people in
the sport of rodeo because its road with an unknown destination
Are their any songs that inspire or pump you up before you ride or rope?

The Cowboys, My Heros Have Always Been Cowboys & JWCoop
What is your favorite music?
I'm a 80s rock and roll kinda guy..
Who is your all time hero?
This is by far the toughest question to answer; because I have been blessed with so many great
influences in my life that it would be disrespectful to list one before the other!
